| 1st Practice and T-shirts |  Hey guys,
Practice starts Tuesday Sept 2nd at 4:30PM or 7PM. You dont need to come to both.
We meet at the entrance to the IM Fields closest to the new gym building and the track.
Let me know if you're interested in purchasing a T-shirt. The only design we have is what's on the front of the uniforms. Let me know what you think or if your have another idea.

| Website | Hey guys,
The website doesnt seem to be emailing out passwords for those who join. You should be able to set your password now, and then log in without recieving an email. If you have a problem with this, let me know and I can give you a temp password so you can log in. You can then change it to whatever you want.
We had some issues with spam posts, so the only way I knew to prevent this was to make the message boards read only to non-members.
If you have any questions, please let me know.

| Fall 2008 | Hey guys,I just wanted to let everyone know we will be having an information meeting Wed, Aug 27 @ 6PM in Charmichael 2037. For those that don't know where that is, its in the office building, of the gym, on the top floor. We should have a rough schedule by then. Practices should start the following Tuesday, Sept 2. | Spring '08 | Hey guys,
Looks like the site is back up, but I'm not sure for how long. I'm not sure what all is going on this semester. UNC usually has a club track meet, and I've heard JMU is planning one too. Other than that is there anything anyone would like to do (road races, track meets....)? Let me know what you think.

| T-shirts | Hey guys,
Is anyone interested in purchasing club t-shirts? To get the women's uniforms printed, we have to have several items to print....They said something like 24 as a ballpark figure. We only have 6 uniforms to print, so that is a problem. It would be nice if we could use the print that will be on the uniforms on the T-shirts. Its a winged foot with "Cross Country / Track Club" arched over it and "of NC STATE" under it. That could be either the front of the back of the T-shirt, with something else on the other side. Let me know if you are interested in shirts or have any ideas.

| Fall Race Season | Hey guys,
Our first race is this Sat Oct 6 at UNC. We will be meeting at the practice spot at 7AM that morning to leave for the race. The women's race is a 6K at 9:30. The men's race is an 8K starting at 10:15. You must pay dues to attend. They usually have food and a little reception after the both races, so it should be done early afternoon. We will be carpooling to get there.
Our second race is two weeks after that, Oct 29, in Phillidelphia.
Our third race is Nov 3, in Indiana.
Details on those will be posted later.
Reminder: Dues are $15 per semester, and you must pay to compete or participate in any club sponsored event.

| Info Meeting | Hey guys,
Our Information Meeting will be Thursday Sept 6th at 7PM in GC 2015. Thats the left most part of the gym. Practices will then start the following monday at 4:30. We meet at the entrance to the IM fields closest to the new gym building. Email me if you have any questions.

| Fall 2007 | Hey guys,The site has almost completely been overrun with spam, so I had to delete a lot of the old stuff. The message boards have also been changed so that you must be a member to post. If you have any questions about anything in the upcomming year, or even the club in general, you can either post them on here, email me (crcook@ncsu.edu), or AIM me (criscorc22). We will be having our first club meeting at the beginning of the semester. It could be a couple weeks into it.
